Apply your new skills at work immediately
"One thing that is so cool about these courses is that I'll go to work and use these exact things we learned in class during my work day. For example, we learned about implicit bias, and recognizing this has helped me to be a more considerate and understanding colleague. Everything I've learned at Foundry College has helped me be a better employee."
Experience the community and support of other students
"I've learned about organization
and what my own strengths/weaknesses are. The most helpful part is getting to talk to other students in the breakout groups. This community helped me feel like I wasn't alone in how I'm thinking or feeling."
